- Assisting prospective clients to formulate their spatial information
needs
- Identifying and securing financing for project development and
execution
- Forming the best possible team to respond to each identified
project opportunity, including partnering with organizations in
other countries
- Supporting the teams in proposal preparation and submission
and contract negotiations
- Accessing Canadian educational, training and capacity building
expertise in the public, private and education sectors
- Monitoring project execution for quality assurance
